Novidea is looking for a skilled and results driven Customer Success Manager.
You will lead the post-sales efforts in building processes and procedures that are successful and repeatable in delivering value to your customers. You will be responsible for engaging your customers and expanding their use cases to create win/win environments for all parties.

Responsibilities
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients including Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with SaaS based Enterprise Software.
  • Proficient in Office software.
  • Experience working with clients of all sizes.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
