Novidea is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the growing global marketing and sales organization. The primary activities are: Lead and coordinate the company's different marketing channels. Increase the number of generated and qualified leads. Increase brand awareness and generate demand for our products and solutions. Support the launch of new products and features. Support sales team with effective sales tools. Communicate with target audience. Manage marketing budget. Promote internal communication and collaboration.

Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing activity according to marketing strategy and plan
  • Create and edit graphics and content in English
  • Develop brand awareness and recognition
  • Increase demand, lead generation and lead nurturing
  • Oversee the CRM system (SalesForce) implementation within sales and marketing
  • Lead international marketing activity and localization
  • Efficient online marketing
  • Effective product launches
  • Multi-channel marketing: customers, partners, prospects, industry associations
  • Oversee: brochure production, content creation, exhibitions & events, newsletters, website and blog, social media, media relations, press releases
  • Create effective sales tools
  • Manage marketing efforts and subcontractors
Skills and Qualifications Required
  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing (with proven success)
  • English as mother tongue is a must, other foreign languages is a plus
  • Proven online marketing experience targeting B2B customers
  • Experience with Graphic Design of logos, banners & brochures
  • Team player!
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • Friendly, communicative and assertive
  • University Degree
  • Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, SalesForce)
  • Keen eye and pays very close attention to details
  • Ability to collect relevant information from internal and external resources
  • Strong analytical skills with strategic approach
  • Organized, self-disciplined and professional in demeanor
  • Able to bring closure to difficult projects
