Key Account Programme Manager UK 

The Programme Manager is responsible for working in partnership with the customer’s central team to ensure a close engagement and that the projects are planned and delivered on time and budget while creating consistency in system delivery and usage across the organisation globally. The Programme Manager will be the lead point of contact for the customer for all matters. He / She will be responsible for the management of the Novidea project managers that are managing directly the customers projects. The Programme Manager will have a proven ability to strategise and oversee multiple project streams in parallel and work with the customer to help plan the roll out of subsequent implementations for the customer while meeting predefined success criteria. The Programme Manager will work closely with the customer to grow the relationship and streamline communication. The Programme Manager will optimise productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion of customer initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between the customer and Novidea
  • Overseeing customer’s multiple engagements, consolidating them into one manageable portfolio
  • Work with the customer to provide solutions to project challenges
  • Have a holistic understanding of the customer’s needs and priorities in order to help plan the roll out of the Novidea platform
  • Work with the customer to learn from projects and engagements in order to always be learning and improving
  • Manage communications across multiple project streams
  • Managing all Novidea Project Managers that are assigned to the customer and the resourcing of the projects
  • Establishing and overseeing projects budgets
  • Grow the Novidea and customer relationship
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, monthly and quarterly initiatives to share with all stakeholders
  • Management of Novidea dependences & interfaces between projects
  • Assure Novidea delivery aligns with the customer expected benefits
  • Ensuring excellent programme governance across projects
  • Accountable for quality of delivered products
  • Provision of necessary resource and capabilities to assure delivery of Novidea programme projects

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 4 - 5 years previous work experience as a Programme Manager in managing multiple Projects for key accounts
  • Proven experience in professional management of Delivery /Project manager teams
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering customer focused solutions based on customer needs
  • International experience of software delivery
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel whilst paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, organised team player
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Able to analyse data and translate results into better solutions
  • Insurance industry experience essential
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines
