Novidea hires Business Analyst Charlie Rock to support rapid UK and London market expansion
Novidea, the leading cloud-based broker management platform provider, today announced the hire of experienced Business Analyst Charlie Rock to support its continued expansion.
Having previously worked at Charles Taylor, Randle & Quilter, and Total Objects, Charlie brings 10 years of business analytics and product design experience to support Novidea UK’s growth plans, working with existing and new broker clients; with a focus on the London market.

Charlie has broad experience across the market, having also worked with large Lloyd’s Syndicates, where he has created solutions for the electronic agreement process, claims payment, and a Delegated Underwriting Platform. Further, he worked on the Lloyd’s Brexit programme, where he designed the Policy Administration and
ervicing (PAS) system for the Brussels office.In a previous role,
Charlie effectively managed 15 major London market broker accounts where he developed strong client relationships. He also collaborated with a range of client teams (Broker, Binder, Technical Processing, Claims, Business Transformation, and IT) to define both business objectives and business requirements.
